2. What we process
We collect only what we need to run the shop: account and order data (name, address, email, phone, company details if provided), payment and shipping information, newsletter subscription when you opt in, contact-form messages, and technical logs needed for security. Optional analytics run only with cookie consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

4. Recipients
Processors and partners as needed: hosting, email delivery, payment providers (e.g. Stripe when enabled), carriers, and print-on-demand / fulfillment partners including Printify (and their print providers) to produce and ship products. Professional advisors may receive data when required. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers
Data is primarily processed in the EU/EEA. If a tool or fulfillment partner transfers data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
6. Retention
Order and accounting data are kept for periods required by Slovak law. Account data while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Logs for a shorter security window.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (ÚOOÚ) or another competent supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
Necessary cookies support cart, session and security. Optional analytics and marketing cookies load only with your consent where required. Details: Cookie Policy. Change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
9. US visitors
If you are in the United States, we process data to fulfill your order and operate the site. Contact us at [email protected] for privacy requests. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA (access, deletion, non-discrimination); we do not sell personal information as defined by CCPA.

Who else handles your data
- Printify and its print providers (United States) — produce and ship your order; they receive your name and delivery address.
- Stripe (Ireland / United States) — takes the payment; we never receive your card number.
- Cloudflare (United States) — delivers the site and filters malicious traffic.
- Google Ireland / Google LLC (United States) — analytics, only with your consent.
- Our hosting and email providers (European Union) — store the shop and send order and newsletter mail.
Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
United States: your state privacy rights
Notice at collection. When you order, we collect identifiers (name, email, delivery address, phone), commercial information (what you bought) and internet activity (pages visited, if you allowed analytics). We use it to take and deliver your order, to answer you, to keep accounts, and — with your consent — to send you email and measure traffic. We keep order data for as long as tax law requires and analytics data for a shorter window.
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Your rights. Depending on your state — California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and others as their laws take effect — you may ask us to tell you what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to give you a copy. You may also appeal if we refuse. Exercising any of these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
How to ask. Email [email protected] with the address you ordered from. We answer within 45 days and may ask a question to confirm it is really you. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
