Shipping times, cancellations, returns, sizing, care and support.
How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Deliveries to Slovakia, Czechia, the UK and other destinations usually take 10 to 20 business days. Every tee is printed to order, then shipped by our print partner. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout; carrier delays are possible, so treat it as typical rather than guaranteed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat fee per destination market, shown at checkout before you pay. US shipping follows Printify Choice domestic rates; other countries use the international rate.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship worldwide to the destinations offered at checkout (including the United States, Slovakia, Czechia and the United Kingdom). Fees and delivery estimates depend on the destination.
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account and open Orders, or email [email protected] with your order number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it: email [email protected] with your order number. After that the tee goes into production — it is printed just for you — so we can no longer cancel or change it.
How do I change my shipping address?
Update it under Account → Settings or email us within 12 hours of ordering. After dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery — email [email protected] with your order number to start. Return shipping is on you unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong one; refunds go to your original payment method. For a different size, return the tee and place a new order. How do sizes work?
Adult graphic tees use one unisex Bella+Canvas 3001 chart. Infant bodysuits use the size chart on the product page — see the Size guide. If you are between sizes, go one up or ask us.
How should I wash my tee?
Machine wash cold (max 30 °C / 90 °F), non-chlorine bleach only if needed, tumble dry on low heat, iron on medium heat, and do not dry-clean. Washing inside out helps the print last longer.
Is shipping the same for every design?
Yes. Every YupiDup tee — couples and matching designs included — is the same Bella+Canvas 3001 blank, printed and shipped the same way, so price and delivery time do not depend on the design.
Are designs seasonal or limited edition?
No. Because every tee is printed to order, the whole catalog, including matching and couples tees, is available year-round. New designs appear in New Arrivals.
Can I request a custom design?
No. We only sell our own catalog designs and do not print custom artwork or text.
Do you offer bulk or event discounts?
Not at the moment — there is no volume pricing or bulk program. You are welcome to order as many tees as you need at the regular price.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No. Tees ship in standard packaging directly from our print partner.
Can I ship one order to several addresses?
No — each order goes to one address. Place a separate order for each recipient.
Do you have a store or opening hours?
YupiDup is online only — there is no physical store, showroom or pickup. The shop is open 24/7; customer support answers by email Monday to Friday (CET), usually within 1–2 business days.
Can customer support help if something goes wrong while ordering?
Yes. Email [email protected] with what happened (and your order number if you have one) — checkout errors, payment questions or a wrong size.
