Refunds

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on YupiDup, operated by Omeney s. r. o. (IČO 57711534). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Shipping & Returns.

2. 14-day return window

Unused items in original condition with tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Start a return by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason.

3. EU/EEA consumers

If you are a consumer protected by EU/EEA consumer law (including when purchasing from an EU seller), you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions (for example sealed goods unsealed for hygiene, or custom-made items). 4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Standard outbound shipping is refunded where required by law for withdrawals; otherwise return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

5. Defective or incorrect items

Report defects promptly to [email protected] with photos and order details. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by applicable law.
