1. Seller
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods via the online store YupiDup (yupidup.com) operated by:

2. Scope
By placing an order you enter into a distance contract with the Seller. These Terms apply to consumers and businesses purchasing through the storefront. The contract language is English.
3. Products and prices
Product descriptions, availability and prices are shown in the store. Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before shipment; we will notify you and you may cancel.
4. Order process
An order is submitted when you confirm checkout (including acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy). The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the purchase contract is formed when we accept the order (usually by dispatch confirmation).
5. Payment
Payment is by card through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them). The exact methods available to you are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery country. We do not offer cash on delivery: orders are printed and dispatched by our production partner, so there is no courier to pay in cash.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery options, fees and estimated times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes according to the chosen carrier terms upon delivery to you (or to your designated recipient). See also the Shipping & Returns page.
7. Withdrawal / returns (consumers)
If you are a consumer protected by EU/EEA consumer law (including when purchasing from an EU seller), you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions (e.g. sealed goods unsealed for hygiene, custom-made items). To withdraw, use the form on our Right of Withdrawal page within the period. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal; you bear the direct cost of return unless we agree otherwise. We refund the purchase price including standard outbound shipping (not express upgrades) using the original payment method, after we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.
Customers outside the EU: we offer a goodwill return window of 14 days from delivery for unused items in original condition with tags; shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
8. Defects and warranty
We are liable for defects according to applicable law. Please report defects promptly to [email protected] with order details and photos. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by law.
9. Complaints
Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. For us that is the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. BOX 29, 827 99 Bratislava, www.soi.sk. Using it is free of charge for you and does not affect your right to go to court. Note: the European Commission’s ODR platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived. Courts of Bratislava, Slovak Republic, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version accepted at checkout applies to that order. Last updated: September 2026.
