1. Who this applies to
If you are a consumer protected by EU/EEA consumer law and buy from YupiDup (operated by Omeney s. r. o., Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava – Rača, Slovak Republic, IČO 57711534), you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

2. Withdrawal period
The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods ordered together and delivered separately, it starts when you receive the last item.
3. How to withdraw
Before the period expires, inform us of your decision by a clear statement. Use the withdrawal form on this page (button bottom-left or the form beside / below this text). Completing the form is enough — you do not need to send a separate email.
4. Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or the goods are defective / we shipped the wrong product.
Return unused items where possible in original packaging with tags. Statutory hygiene and custom-made exceptions still apply.
5. Refunds
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost (not express upgrades), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases set by law, including (examples): sealed goods unsealed after delivery where they are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons; goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised; goods that by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

The interactive form on this page follows the EU model withdrawal form. Fill it in only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. After we receive your notice we will confirm and send return instructions.
